Patriotic Endeavors in Nevada

The Nevada State Society Daughters of the American Revolution proudly supports the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System’s Fisher House.

Daughters from the Old Spanish Trails Chapter in Henderson participated in a service project for the marines at Camp Pendleton by supplying them with items from the USO wish list.

The Sierra Nevada Chapter, NSADAR, was recognized by the National Society as the top chapter in the nation for the number of sponsorships obtained for Wreaths across America.

The Nevada Sagebrush Chapter, NSDAR, project at the Jameson Plot Memorial and Mayflower Bench Dedication at Hillside Cemetery, Reno, Nevada was completed. Through the pavers, we honor our Patriots who have passed onto chapter eternal, and remind us of the sacrifice and bravery of the Pilgrims.

Members of the 30th Reconnaissance Squadron joined Las Vegas Springs Chapter, NSDAR, members to help lay wreaths as part of the Wreaths Across America at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City in December.

Members from around our state attended Honor Flight Welcome Home Ceremonies to support our veterans returning from their trip to Washington, D.C., where they visited all of the memorials dedicated to our veterans.
