The funds raised will be used to pay for an honor flight for a veteran from Northern Nevada. It is estimated that the flight costs between $1000 and $1200 for each veteran. They have lost some funding this year, and we want to help!
We have already sold 12 totes and raised $390.
Totes feature an embroidered mountain bluebird and sagebrush flowers, with a NSSDAR monogram and the Nevada State tartan trim. They were designed and made by Washoe Zephyr member Gail Carson. We have another 24 in production, on a first come basis.
Delivery can be arranged at the October Luncheon.
